* No travel expenses are charged for shoots up to a 50 mile round trip from the Photographer’s location at zip 16201. Additional mileage will be charged to the Client at .50 per mile. If the portrait session is taking place on location, any entrance fees, parking fees, or related expenses will be payable by the Client for both the client(s) and the photographer(s).
** Portrait sessions include digital delivery of the best images from the shoot at a size appropriate for printing 11”x14” and smaller prints. All large sized prints can be purchased directly through Donna Weckerly Photography, LLC at an additional cost. This ensures you are receiving the very best quality print to frame and display. I use a verified and trusted professional printing lab that ensures your prints will be color accurate as well as made with long-lasting and durable quality ink and paper.
Since not everyone has the same photography needs, we can adjust each aspect of the collection to create the picture perfect session for you. So please don't hesitate to reach out and ask me to help create the perfect session for you and your family!
A 50% deposit is due to reserve your studio time and can be paid via cash, check or Venmo at the time of your booking. Your 50% deposit will be applied to your final session fee. Any cancellation will need to be rescheduled in order to apply this deposit to your rescheduled session. Failure to reschedule within 5 days of cancellation will result in a forfeit of your deposit to cover photographer’s prep time and inability to schedule another client in that time period.
